Clark's new skill

Clark can manuever himself to sitting from lying on his belly now. It's great. The only problem with it is that at night, when he is lying in his crib, he sits himself up and doesn't know how to lay back down. So he'll wail till I come and help him out. Last night, though, he must have done it in his sleep, either that or in my sleep, because I didn't hear him wail and when I went in to see what was wrong at 3:00, I found that he had been sleeping folded in half, head on his feet. I don't know how long he had been like that, but I can only assume that his lower body was totally asleep.

Man, I wish you would have put a picture of that on. I'm still laughing.

How fun! Madison had the same problem for awhile. It was so sad yet funny when I would go in and she had the saddest/frustrated look on her face like "please help me lay down." It didn't take too long to figure it out though!

Jan, just after I read this, last night, I checked on Haven when she was whimpering and she was backed into the corner of the crib sitting up and now just won't lay down. Not even for the diaper change. What happened to our babies?

Thanks for the good laugh! Liz also had a hard time learning how to lay back down - but it didn't take to long....She never did sleep folded in half though- that is the funniest thing!
