Looking for the correct adjective



How would you describe his walking?

Keep in mind his high knees, his arms held at chest level and his mincing steps.

He is so fun to watch and play with. He chases Ben around the couch.

It's not unlike the Elaine kick-dance on "Seinfeld". Also, I would just like to say congratulations on the expansion of the Fran Clan. Frankly, this world needs all the Frannies it can get, so keep 'em comin'!!
