Excuses. . .

I've got a lot of excuses about why I haven't posted to this blog lately.  All of them are lame.

Just kind of lazy, I guess.

We are back in San Antonio now, for a little while, so if you need to send us anything in the mail, email me for our updated address.  It's going to change again at the end of September, so put it in pencil.  In fact, put everything about our little family in pencil for the next year.  We're sort of flux-y.

I'm getting huge.  Our baby girl is coming mid-August, and we are really excited to meet her.  Clark already speaks of her with great affection.  Eva thinks she is pregnant too.  And the way she (s)mothers her baby doll makes me think that I ought to just invest in a sling and wear this newborn everywhere.

Ben is studying this month for a couple of tests, so we are going to really enjoy having him around, since we won't see much of him until December.

I think I want to go with this hair style.  Any suggestions on the color?  Should I go all the way Cleopatra, or maybe red, or tiger striped?  (I'm sure Clark would vote for tiger striped for our entire family if he knew that was an option).

So that's our update.  Sorry we've been so neglectful. . .

HOORAY!! I was actually going to leave you a "threatening" message if you hadn't updated your blog. I was thinking about you this morning... the Jehovah's witness sisters came by my house and I thought about all the fun times we had in Irkutsk. I'm so excited you're having baby #3 and that it's a girl. Apparently it's the wave of girls because you're 1 of 5 of my friends pregnant with a little lady. As far as the hair goes... I vote that you not only go with the cut but the same color as featured I think you could totally pull it off. Just be sure and do it professionally. Love and miss you, my little Janipoo!!

That cut'll look great, and yay for baby girls! Everyone I know has had boys recently, so I'm glad the tide is turning in favor of pink again. :) Oh, but not pink for the hair...
